Papers shold submitted in open document format using Arial Font 12 pt. and 1 pt. interline space, Font size (8 ½ x 11 or 21.59 cm. x 27.94 cm.) with 2.5 cm margins on each side.

Extension of the papers: no longer than 10 pages

Formatting guidelines:

• Title: Bold, Upper Case.
• Full name and emails of the authors and co-authors.
• Institution and country of the authors and co-authors.
• Paper abstract (up to 250 words).
• Text of the papers (it should include information about the methods applied, results, and conclusions).

All of the lectures, papers, and other Convention-related materials will be published in a CD with ISBN register.

Deadlines and important dates:

Submission of abstracts and papers: until September 30th, 2008.

Notification to the authors on the acceptance of submissions: until December 1st, 2008.

Official languages:
The presentations may be conducted in Spanish and English.

There will be simultaneous interpretation (English - Spanish, and vice versa) in plenary meetings and other major events.
