How to participate on the virtual congress
After registered , you should enter home page of this site, write your user name and password.
You can use two variants:
First variant:
In the column on the right, click in the option Add a new paper and follow the following steps:
- Fill in the form, keep in mind that the red fields are obligatory.
- Within the form, in the field Paper, click Exam, select the file you want to upload and Save.
- If you attach a file erroneously, you can replace it by a new file before Save and substitute it for one new.
- If you saved and you want to modify data of the form, but not the enclosed file, then you should use Maintain current file, before Save and Send to the Scientific Committee.
If you do not complete the form correctly, the system will ask you to do it.
If you want to revise or amend the data of the form, click Edit and once it is edited, click Save.
4.- Click in the option Status which is in the upper bar and select Send. This option is obligatory to have you paper evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Notice: The images should be inserted in the text of the document. They should not be sent as independent files.
While this work is under review by the scientific committee, it can not be changed it, deleted it or put it private. If the Scientific Committee consideres that something should be corrected in your paper, it will be sent back with a note detailing what to change.
Once the work is approved and published, changes are not possible .
In later visits to the site, you will be able to acess to your paper entering to the option My Folder that is on the left upper bar of this site.
Second variant:
Another form to send your work is through My Folder following these steps:
Once registered, you should enter to the Home page of this site and write your user name and password using the available options of Enter.
- Select My Folder that appears on the left upper bar of this site.
- An edition menu is activated in My Folder, go to Add a New Content.
- Click in the option Paper, a form is spread.
- Fill in the form, keep in mind that the red fields are obligatory.
- Within the form, in the field Paper, click Exam, select the file that you want to upload and click Save.
- If you attach a file erroneously, you can replace it with new file, before Save and substitute the paper.
- If you saved and want to modify data in the form, but not the enclosed file, then you should use Maintain current file, before Save and Send to the Scientific Committee.
If you do not complete the form correctly, the system will ask you to complete it.

4. Click the option Status which is in the upper bar that is activated when uploading a paper, and select Send. This option is obligatory to have the paper evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
